It has no public roads running along the side of it. 230 acres of the farm is enrolled in CRP providing lots of hunting cover. The rest of the acres consist of shelterbelts/trees, low wet ground, and some hay ground. Row crops are surrounding this property. The farm never has cattle on it so the wildlife are very fond of it. The landowner plants and maintains several food plots on the property, and has a great trail system around it for quick quiet access with vehicle or ATV. This farm will be some of the best Pheasant and waterfowl hunting that SD has to offer. Non-resident Archery Deer tags are available without a draw. I found at least 4 nice archery tree stand locations. Gun season for deer doesn't open until the third Saturday in November so you archery hunt nearly the entire rut without gun pressure.

This lease comes with the use of an awesome hunting lodge to stay in. It has 2 full bathrooms, and six queen/full beds.
